in accordance to the provisions of the European Regulation concerning the protection of personal data 2016/679, to Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n. 196 so-called Privacy Code, updated and integrated by Legislative Decree 10 August 2018, n. 101, whose aim is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular the right to the protection of personal data, we inform you about the terms of processing the personal data of users who interact with the portal www.calabriaimpresa.eu. The Calabria Region and the SEZ Steering Committee (referred to art.4 c. 6 Legislative Decree 91/2017) as Co-owners (each for their own data) commit to respect and protect its secrecy, by processing the personal data you provide in compliance with the legal provisions aimed to guarantee data security, accuracy, updating and relevance honoring the stated purposes. The personal data provided by users who submit requests are used for the purpose of processing the request forwarded from time to time, and they are disclosed to third parties only if this is strictly necessary and functional for this purpose, in compliance with the specific information required by current legislation. The data is processed by an officer specifically authorized to process the data.

DATA PROCESSING CONTROLLER
Relating to identified or identifiable individuals, data may be processed following the consultation of the site above and the related telematic services The data controller is, on behalf of the Calabria Region, the President of the R.C. identified by RCD 553/2001, based in Viale Europa, Cittadella Regionale, Località Germaneto 88100 - Catanzaro - switchboard telephone: 0961/8511.
Concerning the management of the "Contact/information request form" (available online in the SEZ Section/SEZ Desk of the "CalabriaImpresa.eu" Portal), the data process owner is the SEZ Steering Committee.

RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING
Internal data processing managers are for the Calabria Region, the General Managers of the departments and structures of the Regional Council appointed by the Data Controller identified by RCD 553/2001 and appointed by name.

EXTERNAL RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING
The external data processing manager is Fincalabra S.p.A., manager of the regional strategic project named CalabriaImpresa and of the CalabriaImpresa Portal.

RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROTECTION
The responsible for the protection of personal data as regulated by RGPD Art. 37 is a person designated to carry out support and control, consultative, training and information functions concerning the application of the Regulation itself. It cooperates with the Guarantor Authority and it constitutes the contact point, also in relation to the interested parties, for issues related to the processing of personal data (RGPD, artt. 38 and 39 of the), as well as coordination for the implementation and conservation of processing activities registers (RGPD, art 30).

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
Personal data is voluntarily provided by the user.
During the consultation of the services offered, the user voluntarily provides some personal data (name, surname, email, etc.) and company data (personal data, contact details, legal representatives, etc.).
These data are collected following the compiling of the forms in each service, or as a consequence of sending emails to the email addresses indicated on the Site.

NAVIGATION DATA
Designed for the functioning of the Site, the software acquires some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of the Site.
The use of Cookies, or other tracking tools, by the Site or by the owners of third services used within it, unless otherwise specified, has the purpose of providing the Service requested by the User, in addition to other purposes described on this page and in the Cookie Policy reported at the end of this information.
The User has a responsibility for Personal Data, published or shared through the Site, and has the right to communicate or disseminate them, and then for this reason the Data controller has no liability to third parties.

AIM OF THE TREATMENT

The User Data is collected, in compliance with the provisions of DGPR art. 6 (Lawfulness of processing) to allow the Manager to provide their Services such as:

  • Pre-feasibility analysis to facilitate the submission of applications for access to finance;
  • Answers to questions about the contents of the portal or the services offered by the portal;
  • Newsletter service which contains a series of links to the latest news and funding published on the website www.calabriaimpresa.eu.

In addition to the aforementioned purposes, the data provided could be processed, with the express consent of the user, also to communicate events, inform about initiatives of particular interest or to propose possible participation to survey the satisfaction (so-called customer satisfaction surveys through the evaluation of the satisfaction of the Site)

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
For the management of some services it may be necessary to indicate Personal Data. If the User refuses to communicate them, it will not be possible to provide the Services listed above. If the applications indicate “optional” some Data, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without having any consequence on the availability of the Service or on its managing. If Users have some doubts about which Data are mandatory, they are encouraged to contact the Data Processor.

DATA PROCESSING METHOD
The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
The Manager takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes which they were collected for. For the service relating to the Pre-feasibility Analysis to facilitate the submission of applications for access to funding, the maximum retention time is 12 months from the first contact and/or from the exhaustion of the purposes which such data were conferred for.
For the Newsletter service, the maximum data retention time is 24 months from the time of registration and/or from the exhaustion of the purposes which such data were provided for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link received by email.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
For interactions via social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube), it is necessary to refer to the information and privacy policies of each site or social network in order to know the data retention times.

FURTHER DETAILS ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Contact form
By filling in the contact form with their data, the User consents to their use to respond to different requests indicated by the form header.
Personal Data collected: name and surname, email, telephone number and various types of Data.
This type of services allows to manage a database of email contacts, telephone contacts or other type of contacts, used to communicate with the User. These services may also allow the collection of data relating to the date and time of the messages by the User, as well as the User's interaction with them, such as information on clicks and on links inserted in messages.
The Site (such as the newsletter sending system, interaction with social networks, analysis of user behavior, etc.) may also make use of external subjects identified as external managers o Autonomous holders for the provision of its services. The list of these subjects will be provided upon the request of the interested party.

USER RIGHTS
Users can exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Manager.
In particular, the User has the right to:

  • withdraw consent at any time. The User can revoke the consent to the processing of their Personal Data previously expressed.
  • oppose the processing of their data. The user can oppose the processing of their data when it occurs on a legal basis other than consent. Further details on the right to oppose are indicated in the section below.
  • access their data. The user has the right to obtain information on the data processed by the manager, on certain aspects of the processing and to receive a copy of the data processed.
  • verify and request rectification. The User can verify the accuracy of their Data and request its updating or correction.
  • obtain the limitation of the treatment. When certain conditions are met, the User may request the limitation of the processing of their Data. In this case, the Data Processor will not process the Data for any other purpose than their conservation.
  • obtain the cancellation or removal of their Personal Data. When certain conditions are met, the User can request the deletion of their data by the Manager.
  • receive their data or have them transferred to another owner. The User has the right to receive his / her data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and, where technically feasible, to obtain its unhindered transfer to another owner. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the User’s consent.
  • propose a complaint. The User can lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.

DETAILS ON THE RIGHT OF OBJECTION
The User has the right to oppose at any time, for reasons connected with his particular situation, to the processing of personal data including profiling. The Data Processor refrains from further processing personal data unless he demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data or for ascertaining, exercising or the defense of a right in court.
If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the interested party has the right to oppose at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him for these purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is connected to such direct marketing.
If the data subject opposes to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data are no longer processed for these purposes.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
To exercise their rights, Users can send a request to the contact details of the Manager indicated on this page. Requests are free filed and processed as soon as possible, in any case within one month.

FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT
Defense in court
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Manager in court or in the preparatory stages for its eventual establishment for the defense against abuse in the use of the Site or related Services by the User. The User declares to be aware that the Manager may be obliged to disclose the Data by order of the public authorities.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION
On request by the User, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, the Site may provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific Services, such as the contents and services provided by the CalabriaSuap IT platform.

SYSTEM LOG AND MAINTENANCE
For needs related to managing and maintenance, the Site and any third services may collect system logs, which are files that record the interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Processor reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, by informing Users on this page as well as, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to Users through one of the contact details in its possession. Please therefore consult this page regularly, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom.
If the changes concern treatments whose legal basis is consent, the Manager will collect the User’s consent again, if necessary.

Personal Data (or Data)

Usage Data
